It uses a combination of long, smoothing and gliding strokes, all in the direction of blood returning to the heart. Pressure ranges from light to firm.  Available in 45, 60,  and 90 minute  sessions. By creating suction and negative pressure, this therapy releases tight soft tissue, drains excess fluids and toxins, loosens adhesions, lifts connective tissue and brings blood flow to stagnant fascia and muscles. Cupping can be combined with massage or used as a stand alone treatment.  * If you haven't tried cupping before, it is recommended that you start with a 45 minute session or add it on to a massage therapy session.
